Dear players,
Unfortunately, we had an undocumented change in the current update, the list of the boni, that are available on the “Weapon Skin+”.
To compensate for this change, we have decided, that the best course of actions, would be to issue a refund for the unused vouchers, from the November sale.
To claim a refund, please follow this steps:
1: Put the voucher in your warehouse
2: Contact customer support and request a refund
Please note, that a refund is only possible, if the ticket is filed within 5 working days (until Wednesday, 30.11.16), item is located in your warehouse and you are an original buyer of the item (items that were re-sold for Yang, unfortunately, cannot be compensated). All refunds are going to be issued during maintenance, on 6.12.16.
